Foldable Container House

Manufactured with high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel frame and anti-corrosion treated components, the whole structure adopts mature Z-type/X-type foldable hinge design, which can be compressed into slim folded status during shipment, greatly cutting logistics expense compared with traditional fixed container houses. Normally one 40HQ container can load 8–10 sets of finished foldable houses, while ordinary rigid container only holds 2 units at most, helping clients save over 60% ocean freight cost effectively. Wall and roof use fireproof, heat-insulated EPS or PU sandwich panels with excellent waterproof, sound insulation and weather resistance performance; the finished product can resist level 12 typhoon and moderate earthquake, adapting to desert, coastal, highland and other harsh outdoor environments.

All inner electric circuits, doors, windows and basic fittings are pre-installed inside factory, requiring no welding, concrete foundation or large lifting equipment on construction site. Two to four skilled workers can unfold and finish full setup within 10–15 minutes and put the house into immediate use for living or office purpose. Standard specification is 20ft size around 14㎡ per single unit; multiple units can be freely spliced horizontally or stacked into two-to-three-floor buildings to expand usable space as customized requirements.
